“In my wife and I approached Princess Confections for a price quote on our Wedding Cake. Alana offered us a taste test at her shop. We tasted a variety of flavors (icing and cake), asked many questions, and decided on a multi-layer cake. We didn’t want to force our guests to endure one flavor and style of cake so Alana suggested alternating the layers with different cake and icing flavors as well as fondant (the quilted pattern) and buttercream (the rose-layer in the picture). Alana wrote up a price, which my wife and I agreed was fair, and I put down the deposit.
On our wedding day (2017) Princess Confections delivered the cake, on time. My wife and I did not have to worry at all about the cake because we knew it was be great. When we first saw the cake, in the room, we were still amazed at how beautiful it was. The flavor was amazing! Princess Confections did not disappoint in any way!!"
